Who coaching is for
You don't need to have read the book or done a course. Coaching is standalone.
It suits people who want to look at their own drinking pattern with someone who understands how these patterns work. Maybe you've been thinking about it for a while. Maybe something specific has shifted. Maybe you just want to talk it through with someone who won't judge and won't tell you what to do.
There's no prerequisite. You don't need to have stopped drinking or be planning to. You just need to be willing to look at what's happening.
What the first session looks like
This session starts wherever you are. We look at what role alcohol is playing in your life right now, what's brought you to this point and what matters to you going forward.
It's collaborative and shaped around your situation. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your pattern and one or two practical things to work with before the next session.

Follow-up sessions
If we've worked together before and you want to check in, a follow-up session picks up where we left off. What's shifted, what's stuck and what to try next.
Same format. Book whenever it's useful.

Booking and payment are handled through Calendly.
Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule, that's fine with at least 24 hours notice. Without 24 hours notice, or if you don't join the scheduled call, the session can't be refunded. If you haven't joined within 10 minutes, the session is considered a no-show.
